DISCLAIMER FOR “WE FORLORN FEW” BOARD GAME 

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 

The "We Forlorn Few" board game, including all associated artwork, logos, characters, and game components, are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights to these materials are owned by Knifedge Games and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. 

2. GAME RULES AND MECHANICS 

"We Forlorn Few" provides instructions for gameplay, and Players must follow these rules. The company is not responsible for disputes arising from interpretations of these rules. The company reserves the right to modify or update the game rules at any time without prior notice. 

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS 

“We Forlorn Few” is not intended for Players under fifteen years of age. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that the game is suitable for the intended Player's age. 

4. PLAYER BEHAVIOR 

The company is not responsible for the behavior of Players during gameplay. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior during gameplay is the responsibility of the individuals involved, and the company disclaims liability for such actions. 

5. SAFETY AND GAME COMPONENTS 

Players should exercise caution and follow safety instructions when using game components. The company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use or misuse of game components. 

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER 

"We Forlorn Few" is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The company does not guarantee that the game will be error-free or that it will meet specific Player expectations. 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knifedge Games disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the board game. In no event shall the company's liability exceed the purchase price of the game or the Company’s advertised Recommended Retail Price (RRP), whichever is the lower. 

8. GOVERNING LAW 

Any legal disputes related to “We Forlorn Few” or its use shall be governed by the Laws of Australia where the company is registered.

DISPATCH 

All orders are processed and dispatched from Brisbane, QLD Australia. 

We endeavor to dispatch within 24 hours once your order is successfully placed and fully paid for, however please note that dispatch of your order may take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside of the control of Knifedge Games, delivery delays may occur.  We are unable to guarantee delivery within these times.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us at info@knifedgegames.com, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. 

To help keep delays to a minimum, please ensure your details are correct, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

RETURNS

Faulty or Damaged Products

Our games are very important to us and we want to ensure you love and enjoy them as much as we do.

If you receive a copy of one of our games that is:

• Missing parts
• Contains parts that are damaged
  Or
• Damaged in transit

then please contact us at info@knifedgegames.com to arrange for a replacement. We will endeavour to respond to your replacement request within 48hrs and process requests on a case by case basis. Please make sure you include your order information and photographs of the damage.

Change of mind

We will provide a refund due to change of mind subject to the following conditions:

• The products are returned back to and successfully received by us in a complete, sealed, unused and re-sellable ‘as new’ condition
• Proof of purchase (for each product being returned)  accompanies the request
• The request for refund is made within 30 days from the date of delivery
